We work as principal contractor with full responsibility for works and supplies, or in a trustee capacity handling tender and procurement on a client's behalf. Either way, one company carries the price and the completion date.

About
IniXien Limited offers projects in two forms. In the first we act as general contractor, providing all requisite services including inspection and certification, site camp provision and management — taking full responsibility for works and supplies, appointing subcontractors where necessary and paying them promptly. The project is handed over in a turnkey state.
In the second, we handle the invitation and acceptance of tenders for works and materials in the name of and for the account of the client, in a trustee capacity, still taking full responsibility for price and completion time.
We have provided engineering and construction services across government and private sectors in Nigeria, including the upstream and downstream oil industries, ranging from consultancy through to turnkey contracts.
IniXien is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, where it was founded. Its Nigerian entity carries out the works described here.
